The mission for this role is to drive the market penetration of the Glints TalentHunt service across Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam and new markets we expand into. The role will plan and implement digital demand generation campaigns and programs to acquire, activate, and retain customers for Glints TalentHunt, a recruitment service. This is a B2B through-the-funnel demand generation marketing role that leverages databases, marketing automation and digital channels such as emails, social media, webpages, etc, to effectively reach and engage our ideal customers, and to convey our brand and product UVPs for lead generation outcomes. This role will collaborate closely with content marketing, performance marketing, in-market product marketing and sales BU to deliver on targeted outcomes. Create and manage full-funnel digital marketing strategy to build brand awareness, increase activation, enhance lead conversion rate, and retain employers within the community.
